Equipped with 2 CNC Milling Machines which are AKIRA SEIKI SR3XP 4 AXIS, with ATC 20 tools and X/Y/Z travels 762/430/460 mm and PRIMERO VMC 3 AXIS, with ATC 16 tools and X/Y/Z travels 1000/500/510mm, we are able to manufacture a wide variety of products.
We can both manufacture independent high precision parts and produce (small or medium scale) repeatedly products.

MATERIALS-TOLERANCES
Our company is accustomed to machining some of the most stainless steel alloys including 316LN, 304L and 316L as well as some titanium alloys. We are also accustomed to using copper and alloys, aluminum including Series 6000, 7000 as well as a variety of plastics including PA6 and composite materials such as CFRPs and GFRPs (Carbon – Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers).
Our demanding list of clients has added adequate experience regarding reaching dimensional precision of a few microns over 200mm (<0.01mm) as well as closed and open profile tolerances of 10μm (0.01mm) over 200mm.
We also have experience with the machining of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRPs) given our collaboration with the Machine Design Laboratory of NTUA, since we have produced components for various demanding occasions (800x350x10mm envelopes) . Namely for these parts, we have achieved flatness precision of the order of a few tens of microns (~0.05-0.09mm).

ON THE SPOT
This is a service opportunity which has risen from our collaboration with the Machine Design Laboratory of NTUA. With the help of CMM FaroArm (either laser head or touch probe) we execute high precision measurements between each machining phase. The measurements take place, while the part is hold on its’ clamping state for manufacturing, on the chuck, CNC machining table, etc. . In order to estimate the dimensions and geometrical tolerances, Geomagic Studio software is used.
