We are then able to visualize the mold and its function and easily modify the model if needed between all production phases. If it is required, we can perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to predict thermal and material flow characteristics for complicated parts.
Throughout the whole mold development process, we focus on achieving the right precision on time and on resolving possible restrictions so as to deliver reliable molds ready to produce.
