Moreover, with our CNC Lathe the variety of the achievable geometries and features covers most of the existing demand in the removing-material field of manufacturing.

MATERIALS-TOLERANCES
Our company is accustomed to machining some of the most stainless steel alloys including 316LN, 304L and 316L as well as some titanium alloys. We are also accustomed to using copper and alloys, aluminum including Series 6000, 7000 as well as a variety of plastics including PA6 and composite materials such as CFRPs and GFRPs (Carbon – Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers).
Our demanding list of clients has added adequate experience regarding reaching dimensional precision of a few microns over 200mm (<0.01mm) as well as closed and open profile tolerances of 10μm (0.01mm) over 200mm.
